Install the screw from the bottom of the body and thread them into the wing thing threads. You can hold the wing thing with a 4. 5mm hex wrench to fully tighten. The total weight of the 2 wing things and 2 M2x4 is roughly 0. 5g; about the same weight as using a couple of steel hex nuts and 6mm steel screws that are typically included in body sets.
