Mineral drenched pear, lemon pith and ginger qualities on the pungent nose; jasmine, fennel and chamomile nuances add complexity. Densely packed and gently viscous but lively as well, offering intense citrus, orchard and pit fruit flavors that are sharpened by a mineral overtone. Finishes with outstanding persistence and energy, leaving smoky mineral and floral notes behind.
